* Business Space - we provide business space for a variety of
small enterprises such as boat builders, steel fabricators,
construction services, scaffold erectors and other local
businesses, some looking for a permanent base and others for just a
few months. Whatever your business space needs, we'd love to

your requirements.
Our staff are on site 7 days a week,
throughout the year, and our normal office hours are:
Summer Time
Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
Saturday, 8am - 5pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays, 9am - 5pm
Winter Time (in operation from Monday 3
October 2011 until Saturday 31 March 2012)
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Saturday, 9am - 5pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays, 9am - 4pm
And, we can offer access by arrangement outside these
hours.
Our rates for storage are based
on the total square foot area that your goods occupy; so you only
pay for what you use.

We offer electric hook up and an individual water supply to
all storage areas, and a fax / postal service from our on-site
office.
The on-site Café - 'Get Stuffed' - is open
Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, and Saturdays 8am to 2pm. Rachel
and Ian invite you to come in and try there hot and cold snacks.
