Marina Information

We are committed to making your time with us as enjoyable and
relaxing as possible.
Our Marina Reception is open from 0800h to 1700h, 7 days a week,
throughout the year (closed Christmas Day), we monitor VHF
Channel 80 during these times, and our helpful and
experienced Haven team is on hand
to assist you in any way we can.
The Marina and Yacht Station facilities, showers
and laundry are accessible 24/7 for your convenience.
Resident berth holders and visitors
Our Marina has 180 berths, fully serviced with power and
water, and the Yacht Station has 120 deep water swinging
moorings; both facilities are accessible at all
states of tide. Car parking is free, offering easy access
to berths and pontoons.
Visiting boats are very
welcome with dedicated visitors' berthing on our large 120
metre visitors' pontoon. To book a berth in advance make an enquiry
or call us on VHF channel 80 or by phone 01621 740370.
We offer some special berthing
packages which take advantage of the facilities
available across both of our sites. Read more
to find out what we can offer you.
We also run a fully equipped Boatyard offering
lift out, access to slipways, undercover storage and sheltered
outside storage for 700+ boats, up to 25 tons, all year round
- long term storage welcome.
Security 24/7
The marina is protected by regular security patrols and
CCTV surveillance. There is a coded barrier at the entrance to the
marina and staff on-site 7 days a week.
Fuel and Waste Disposal
Fuel is available during regular opening hours. At the
marina there is an on-the-water fuel pontoon serving marine diesel
and we serve unleaded petrol on-site to boats on trailers and
by jerry can service. We also run a marine diesel jerry can service
at our Yacht Station. Propane and Butane Calor/camping gaz is
available at both sites.
We manage a pro-active recycling policy encouraging as much
waste to be recycled as possible. We provide large
skips for general bagged waste at each bridge head, and
recycling skips and bottled banks for cardboard, plastics, timber,
metals and bottles, and free battery and waste
oil disposal. Please ask at the marina office if we can assist
you.
Water, Electricity and Free Wi-Fi
All pontoons have access to fresh water hosepipes, and all
berths have individual power points.
Electricity is charged in addition to the annual berthing fee and
berth holders must use a metered cable (available to buy or rent
from the marina reception).
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the marina 24 hours a day -
