All berthing to be paid in advance. All other accounts to be
settled net 7 days. All work carried out under BMF Scotland/TYHA
regulations. All lifting, boat movement, boat and vehicle storage
entirely at owner's risk. The Company reserves the right to meter
all electricity usage.
