VISITOR BERTHING (from 4 January 2011 to 31 March 2012)

All berths are fully serviced with water and electricity (electricity charges are included in the daily rate). The rates are per metre length overall (LOA) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of VAT. Minimum chargeable length 6.1 metres.

E&OE

All berthing to be paid in advance. All other accounts to be settled net 7 days. All work carried out under BMF Scotland/TYHA regulations. All lifting, boat movement, boat and vehicle storage entirely at owner's risk. The Company reserves the right to meter all electricity usage.
