Marina Information

We are committed to making your time with us as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. 

Our Marina Reception is open 7 days a week, throughout the year (closed Christmas Day) and we monitor VHF Channel 80.

Our helpful and experienced Haven team is on hand to assist you in any way we can.

Resident berth holders and visitors 

We have 420 berths, fully serviced with power and water, and mud berths for boats up to 6m in length. The lower basin is accessible at all states of tide. Car parking is free, with ample car parking near the Marina Office and both bridgeheads.

Visiting boats are very welcome. Call us on VHF channel 80 or by phone 01646 601601 on the day for berthing instructions.

Security 24/7

The marina is protected by regular security patrols, CCTV surveillance and electronic bridgehead access gates. Our night security team make regular patrols to ensure security and carry out dock master duties after 6pm.

Fuel and Waste Disposal 

Marine diesel is available from the fuel pontoon, operated by Dale Sailing, at the entrance to the marina.

We provide large refuse skips, located opposite both of the bridgeheads, and glass and cardboard recycling facilities, a waste oil tank, and free battery disposal. There is also a container in each refuse compound for disposing of serviceable items which may be of use to other boat owners. Please inform staff of any oil spillages so that we can deal with them.

Water, Electricity and Free Wi-Fi 

All pontoons have access to fresh water hosepipes, and all berths have individual power points, except mud berths and restricted access berths.

Electricity is charged in addition to the annual and visitors' berthing fees. Meters can be supplied at the owner's expense and will be read quarterly.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the marina 24 hours a day - Please collect your unique access code from reception to register for the service.

Toilets, Showers, Laundry & Trolleys 

Facilities are conveniently located in the main marina building, and opposite the upper basin access bridgehead. Open 24 hours throughout the year to berth holders and visitors accessible with key fobs or access codes.

Trolley parks are situated near both car parks and at the foot of the lower basin bridgehead; most are £1/euro coin operated. Please return your trolley when you've finished with it, and report any trolleys in the water to marina staff.

Chandlery, Provisions and Cashpoints 

There is a well-stocked chandlery and café located next to the Marina Office, open 7 days a week.

Supermarkets open 7 days a week, cash points, a fuel station, and pharmacy can be found close by, within easy walking distance of the marina.

Car Parking

There is ample free car parking across the site.
