Marina Information
We are committed to making your time
with us as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Our Marina Reception is located on the first floor of the main
building. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the
year (except Christmas Day), and we monitor VHF Channel 80 (call
sign Plymouth Yacht Haven) round the clock.
There is a freephone taxi service by the door to the showers;
public phones are situated outside the laundry and the main
building; weather forecasts are posted daily in reception and at
the base of the stairwell in main building; ice is for sale; there
is a free book swap in the laundry and a free DVD library in
reception; we offer internet & email access,
fax & copying services, and post boxes for
incoming/outgoing mail in reception.
Our helpful and experienced Haven team is on hand
24 hours a day to assist you in any way we can.
Resident berth holders and visitors
We have 450 berths,
fully serviced with power and water. The marina is accessible
at all states of the tide. Car parking is free, with a
dedicated berth holders' area at the rear of the main building, and
some short stay parking for unloading close to the marina
building.
Visiting boats are very
welcome, call us on VHF channel 80 or by phone 01752 404231 to book
a berth in advance. Berthing is payable in advance and berths
should be vacated by noon on the day of departure. You will need to
obtain the present day's access gate code to re-enter the
marina.
Dry Stack is available at Yacht Haven
Quay just minutes upstream from the marina, where
you'll find a purpose built, fully enclosed Dry Stack facility with
modern marine launching equipment that can handle Motor Cruisers,
Sports Boats, RIBs and Fast Fishers up to 40' in length and a fully
serviced boatyard.
We also run a fully equipped
Boatyard at the marina offering a wide range of
services including lift out and storage ashore for boats up to 75
tonnes.
Security 24/7
The marina is protected by round-the-clock security patrols,
CCTV surveillance and electronic bridgehead access gates. Our night
security team make regular patrols between 1900 hours and 0800
hours, 7 days a week, to ensure security and carry out night time
dock master duties. If you need help out of hours, please call

Although we are not legally responsible for the security of
boats within the marina, we ask if you could please help us by
making sure all loose items are locked away or secured, whether
your vessel is ashore or afloat.
Fuel and Waste/Sewage Disposal
Start cruising whenever you wish with our 24-hour Fuel Pontoon,
selling marine diesel, located in front of the marina reception
building in the inner basin of the marina. Please call 01752 404231
or VHF Channel 80 for service. Out of office hours please call
01752 404231 or 07721 498422 to allow us to fulfil your order
without delay.
Calor and Camping Gas can be purchased from the Chandlery on
site next to the hangar.
We provide large skips, recycling bins and disposal tanks for
waste oil and batteries to be found close to the dock.
Boat owners may use our sewage pump-out facility located on the
fuel berth to empty their own holding tanks.
Water, Electricity and Free Wi-Fi
All pontoons have access to fresh water and electricity. Due to
their proximity to water, the power points operate on sensitive
trips and can supply 3 to 3.5 kW at 240v with a 16 amp current.
Electricity is charged in addition to the annual berthing fee
and berth holders must use a metered cable (available to buy from
marina reception). Please arrange with the marina office before
plugging in.
Free Wi-Fi is available using your wireless laptop or iPhone
throughout the marina, 24 hours a day - Please collect your unique
access code from reception.
Toilets, Showers, Laundry and Trolleys
Facilities are
conveniently located on the ground floor of the main marina
building. Open 24 hours throughout the year to berth holders and
visitors. Tokens for the laundry and marina security access codes
are available from the marina reception.
Trolley parks are located outside the main reception building;
most are £1 coin operated. Please return your trolley when you've
finished with it, and report any trolleys in the water to marina
staff.
Chandlery and Provisions
There is a well stocked chandlery on site and a small
convenience store serving basic groceries. Hooe mini-market is a 10
minute walk, and Broadway Shopping Centre is a 10 minute bus
ride.
Car Parking
There is ample free car parking across the site and a dedicated
berth holders' car park at the rear of the marina building. Parking
for visitors and crew is located in the car park next to the
hangar. There is also some short-stay parking for unloading close
to the marina building. Parking and berthing permits are issued to
annual/winter berth holders. All parking is at owner's risk so
please do not leave valuables in your car when unattended.
Storage
Do you have something to store? If you
need to create space on your boat for racing, charter or refit
work, or you simply want to free up some space at home, we
offer 15% off container storage at Blagdons Marine
Park.
