Marina Information
We are committed to making
your time at Troon as enjoyable and relaxing as
possible.
Our Marina is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
throughout the year (closed Christmas Day) and we monitor VHF
Channels 37/80.
Weather
forecasts are posted in reception daily, and we offer
fax & photocopying facilities and post boxes for
incoming/outgoing mail.
Our helpful and experienced Haven team is on hand
24 hours a day to assist you in any way we can.
Resident berth holders and visitors

We have 400 berths, fully serviced with power and water,
and the marina is accessible at all states of tide. We
offer fine facilities and free parking at the marina.
Visiting boats are very
welcome. Call us on VHF channel 80/37 or phone 01292
315553 on the day for berthing instructions.
We also run a fully equipped Boatyard offering
lift out and storage ashore for boats up to 50
tonnes.
Security 24/7
The marina is protected by round-the-clock security patrols,
CCTV surveillance and controlled security access to the pontoons
and shower areas. If you need help, please call us on 01292 315553
or 07920 098222.
Fuel and Waste/Sewage Disposal
Start cruising whenever you wish with our 24-hour Fuel Pontoon,
selling marine diesel. Please call 01292 315553 or 07920 098222 to
allow us to fulfil your order without delay.
Large rubbish bins are located at the bridgehead and emptied
regularly. We provide clearly labelled, segregated bins for
different types of rubbish. Waste and oil filter disposal points
are located beside the marina office and facilities for the
collection of old batteries and flares are available. Please ask at
the marina office for assistance. We ask you to inform staff of any
spillages so that we can deal with it for you.
Water, Electricity and Free Wi-Fi
All pontoons have access to fresh water hosepipes and individual
power points.
Electricity is metered and charged in addition to the annual
berthing fee.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the marina 24 hours a day -
Please collect your unique access code from reception to register
for this service.
Toilets, Showers, Laundry and Trolleys
Luxurious facilities are conveniently located in the main marina
building, just below the Bar & Restaurant. Open 24 hours
throughout the year to berth holders and visitors, accessible with
security cards or access codes. The key to the Laundry is available
from the marina office on request, and the washing machines and
driers are coin operated.
Trolley parks are located at the bridgehead; most are £1 coin
operated. Please return your trolley when you've finished with it,
and report any trolleys in the water to marina staff.
Chandlery, Provisions and Cashpoints
Provisioning is easy at Troon. There is a well stocked chandlery
on-site, open 7 days a week.
Morrisons supermarket is just next door to the marina, open long
hours, 7 days a week, and this is where the nearest cash point can
be found.
And the main town itself is just a ten minute walk away from the
marina, with many privately-owned shops and cafes offering a
friendly personal service.
Car Parking
There is ample free car parking across the site.
