A new member of staff is required to join an enthusiastic and professional team at Troon Yacht Haven in Ayrshire where we offer marina berthing, boatyard services and a hotel. The role is varied but mainly focused on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently to enable the customer to have full enjoyment of all marina facilities.
Troon Yacht Haven is a family-owned marina on the Firth of Clyde. Our location on the entry to the Firth of Clyde is home to several hundred resident boat owners, as well The Salt Lodge, our new apart-hotel which we opened in 2020.
Part of the Yacht Havens Group with marinas and locations around the UK and Netherlands, we have been family-owned since we began in 1972 and still run by subsequent generations today. You could say we’ve got saltwater in our veins!
We take pride in our marina, ensuring it provides all the facilities for boat owners and the local market, as well as protecting the area for generations to come. In recent years, we received a Parliamentary Commendation for our service, finished runner up as the UK Marina Of The Year, received Five Gold Anchor accreditation, and our hotel best boutique hotel in Scotland!
