Haven Master at Troon Yacht Haven
A new member of staff is required to join an enthusiastic and professional team at Troon Yacht Haven in Ayrshire where we offer marina berthing, boatyard services and a hotel. The role is varied and critically important you will be the first point of contact for our berth holders and thousands of visiting yachts.
Troon Yacht Haven is a family-owned marina on the Firth of Clyde. Our location on the entry to the Firth of Clyde is home to several hundred resident boat owners, as well The Salt Lodge, our new apart-hotel which we opened in 2020.
Part of the Yacht Havens Group with marinas and locations around the UK and Netherlands, we have been family-owned since we began in 1972 and still run by subsequent generations today. You could say we’ve got saltwater in our veins!
We take pride in our marina, ensuring it provides all the facilities for boat owners and the local market, as well as protecting the area for generations to come. What we're looking for...
Duties focus mainly on day to day handling of visiting and resident yachts, berth and fuel sales, invoicing and marina repairs. Boat handling / experience, IT skills and excellent customer care skills are essential. Hours include weekends and shifts. This is an active role within an excellent team in an award winning marina and the successful candidate will be able to multi task and prioritise their workload in a very busy and demanding environment.

- A full UK driving license
This is a permanent position of 40 hours per week including weekends on a rota basis.
- Salary £24,000 - £28,000 DOE
