The Powerboat P1 Grand Prix of the Sea is an international high profile event that has never been held in Scotland. Don’t miss this great FREE event on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th June at the Esplanada in Greenock.
The awesome P1 fleet of ten powerboats and over thirty jet-skis will battle it out for championship glory this summer, in Greenock, Scotland.
Throw in some jet-ski freestyle displays by the best in the business, live commentary, concessions, a champagne podium and you have yourself a weekend of non-stop speed and action!
For all P1 fans travelling to the beautiful town of Greenock, you’re in for a treat. Greenock retains much of its impressive Victorian buildings with multiple attractions for P1 fans to enjoy during race weekend, including the McLean Museum and Art Gallery and the Old West Kirk. The Greenock Cut is an aqueduct which is one of the top 50 walks in Scotland, offering panoramic views of the Clyde. Greenock has a number of shopping facilities, including the Oak Mall Shopping Centre, and many restaurants, cafes, pubs and a nice variety of sporting facilities.
