Pirates Take Over Haven Quay

Haven Quay was transformed into a pirate haven on Saturday 22nd August for our annual Berth Holders’ Party.

This year’s ‘Pirates of Haven Quay’ theme was embraced with plenty of pirate-themed fancy dress, live music, food from The Comanche Barbecue and a great atmosphere throughout the evening.

A standout feature was the Black Puffin, which provided the perfect backdrop to the celebrations. Lit up after dark, she made a particularly striking centrepiece for the evening and added to the unique atmosphere around the dry stack.

We were also delighted to welcome customers from our new sister site, Matford Farm and it was great to bring customers from both sites together to enjoy the evening and get to know one another.

With pirate costumes, light-up swords, good food and plenty of pirate spirit, it was a fantastic evening bringing the Haven Quay community together.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Puffin Cruises and The Comanche Barbecue for helping make the evening such a memorable one.

"Events like the Berth Holders’ Party are a great opportunity to bring everyone together. At Haven Quay, we’re always trying to create more than just a place to keep your boat, we want to build a friendly, community where people can come together and enjoy time with friends and fellow boaters." - Matt Toms, Haven Quay
