There are many roles within Yacht Havens including customer-facing Haven Masters who are responsible for the day-to-day service to berth holders and visiting boats, crew within our boatyard team who operate machinery to safely lift and launch boats, Bosuns who ensure all our equipment and services run smoothly and are professionally maintained, as well as support roles such as administration, accountancy, IT and marketing.
Family-owned since we began in 1972 and still run by subsequent generations today, you could say we’ve got saltwater in our veins.
Each of our Yacht Havens is unique and managed locally allowing our staff to have greater input and ownership.
We work in the service industry, so our people are the front and centre of our business. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
