Rolls within Yacht Havens including customer-facing Haven Masters who are responsible for the day-to-day service to berth holders and visiting boats, crew within our boatyard team who operate machinery to safely lift and launch boats, Bosuns who ensure all our equipment and services run smoothly and are professionally maintained, as well as support roles such as administration, accountancy, IT and marketing.
We are a family-run company running truly local businesses at each site. Despite our marinas being widespread across the UK and in the Netherlands, all our staff share the same core values including enthusiasm, passion and teamwork.

Summer Haven Master @ Fambridge Yacht Haven
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focussed people with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to join a dedicated team for the 2021 summer season, between May and October.
These are active roles working every weekend and Bank Holiday within a supportive and knowledgeable team in scenic marina.
Duties will involve serving fuel, welcoming visitors and providing assistance to berth holders and visiting boats.

Night Berthing Master @ Lymington Yacht Haven
An opportunity has arisen within this prestigious 600 berth marina for a night haven master.
The position will require working a 12 hour shift pattern, seven nights in a row from 7pm until 7am on a week on / week off basis.
This critical role focusses mainly on handling of visiting and resident yachts, their owners and crew, fuel sales, site security and reception duties. Excellent customer care skills are essential. This is an active role within an excellent team in an award winning marina.

A highly customer-oriented role, the Night Haven Master is expected to deal with the basic running of the marina between 7pm and 7am by ensuring all processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently to enable the customer to have full enjoyment of all the marina facilities, whilst maintaining clear administrative procedures. Security patrols and the taking of musters are required each night. A calm disposition is required to deal with all manner of scenarios that can occur. Full training and development provided.
