Whatever vessel you sail, a wee refresher on handling and manoeuvring (especially after this year!) never goes amiss. Take advantage of a free on-water training session when you start a new berthing contract at Troon Yacht Haven with our Marina Pro offer.
Our skilled team will join you onboard to provide a 1-2-1 session covering everything from boat handling and manoeuvring around the marina to maintenance. They might even share a few of their favourite sailing spots around Scotland!
Our team are all highly experienced sailors and powerboaters so feel free to test their knowledge and pick up as many tips as you can.

Indulge your inner Thrillseeker
Being on the water is amazing – but there’s an added thrill to soaring over it! We've partnered up with Kitesurf Scotland to offer new berth holders a complimentary two-hour introductory course for up to two people that’ll have you taking to the skies around Troon and seeing the Haven as the seagulls see it!
This adrenaline-pumping shoreside course will help you understand the basics of how to launch, fly and control the kite, as well as the control and safety systems.
From here, you could go on to take an on-water course with your crew watching afloat from the boat!
