Last Friday on a Berth Holder rally to Bembridge, our Lymington Yacht Haven team were cruising alongside Berth Holder Colin when he was, quite literally, flagged down by a Maritime and Coastguard Agency HM Coastguard helicopter team.
A quick exchange by VHF and the Coastguard team began undertaking a quick training exercise off Colin's boat.
