Q: How do I setup an account?
A: At the moment, our MyYachtHavens portal is available by invitation only. As we roll out this new feature over the coming months, annual berth holders will receive an invitation to set up your login. Please follow the instructions provided in your invitation to get started.
Q: I want to update my contact information, how can I do that?
A: Please contact your Yacht Haven to update your personal information including contact details and details about your boat.
Q: I've lost my password - can you reset it for me?
A: Go to my.yachthavens.com and select the 'Forgotten your password?' option. Follow the instructions and you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Once you have logged in, go to the 'Profile' tab and press 'Change password' to update your password.
Q: I have found a bug. Who can I contact for some technical support?
