Q: How do I setup an account?
A: At the moment, MyYachtHaven is only available to berth holders with an annual berthing contract. To ask for your account login information, please contact your Yacht Haven.
Q: I want to update my contact information, how can I do that?
A: Please contact your Yacht Haven to update your personal information including contact details and details about your boat.
Q: I've lost my password - can you reset it for me?
A: Go to my.yachthavens.com and select the 'forgot my password' option. Follow the instructions and you will be sent a new, temporary password.
Q: How do I change my username?
A: Once you have logged in, go to the 'Profile' tab and press 'edit' to update your username.
Q: I have found a bug. Who can I contact for some technical support?
A: For any additional technical support or to report a bug, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
