Try before you buy
You can come and experience Fambridge Yacht Haven before signing up to an annual contract and simply pay visitor rates as usual. And then, if you decide to take an annual contract, the amount you have already paid in visitor fees will be deducted from your annual berthing charge and your contract will be backdated to when you first arrived in the marina.

Rates are per metre length overall (LOA), unless otherwise stated, including VAT at 20%. Minimum chargeable length 8 metres (except for fingerette berths which have a minimum chargeable length of 7m). Berthing fees from 1st April 2023. Annual contracts start on the first day of any month. E&OE.

Electric is charged per day, or metered via your metered lead and charged per KWH consumed. Metered leads are available to buy from the Marina Office.
Lift out and storage ashore is available for boats up to 40 tonnes. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Minimum chargeable length is 8 metres. Roller / furling sails must be removed prior to haul out and not refitted prior to launch. Non 'bilge keeled' sailing vessels must provide or hire a suitable steel cradle whilst ashore. Engines must not be run whilst boat is ashore. Maximum beam of vessels to be lifted in hoist is 5 metres and all vessels for storage MUST be pressure washed. E&OE.
