After Nearly 30 Years of Service, Danyal Adams Steps Down as Marina Manager at Fambridge Yacht Haven.
After 20 years of service, Danny Adams will be stepping down from his role as Marina Manager at Fambridge Yacht Haven, effective 1st June. Danny has been a central figure at Yacht Havens since he first joined as a young man at Plymouth Yacht Haven, and over the last 20 years, he has played a pivotal role as manager at Fambridge, transforming the marina into the modern & thriving haven it is today.
During his time as Manager, Danny has overseen significant improvements and developments that firmly established Fambridge Yacht Haven as one of the most comprehensive boating facilities on the east coast. His knowledge, leadership and unfailing good humour have left a lasting mark on both the marina and its many berth holders.
While Danny is stepping away from the day-to-day management, we’re delighted to confirm that he is not going far. He will be taking on a new role within Yacht Havens Group, offering group-wide support across a variety of sites. Danny will also continue to assist with seasonal activity at Fambridge – so his experience, smile, and trademark enthusiasm will remain very much part of the team.

A New Chapter at Fambridge
Stepping up as the new Marina Manager is Cathy Burrell. Cathy has been with the Fambridge team for nearly five years, most recently serving as Assistant Manager. Known for her calm leadership, exceptional customer service, and deep knowledge of marina operations, Cathy has earned the respect and support of her entire team.
