Timeless yachts, world-class crews; a regatta rooted in history but very much alive.

The Richard Mille Cup returns to Largs in 2026 with an exhilarating programme of classic yacht races on the Clyde.

Scotland’s west coast will host the next chapter of the Richard Mille Cup, with a series of races set against dramatic landscapes and islands.

Expect everything from short inshore duels to punishing offshore legs, with innovative courses in sheltered waters and spectacular shoreside events.

The Richard Mille Cup will gather a fleet of historic yachts to race on the deep and protected waters of the Firth of Clyde. Based at Largs, the racing will be set against the dramatic scenery of the Cumbrae Islands, the Isles of Bute, Arran and the Ailsa Craig.

From its waters the legendary yachts of the Fife dynasty, G. L. Watson, and Alfred Mylne, set sail and conquered the world, winning the affections of classic yacht sailors everywhere. Like previous editions, the Richard Mille Cup will include both long and short races. This will allow the recreation of mythical races such as the Ailsa Craig race.
