Hoisting, Lifting & Launching
Our 55 ton boat hoist operates Monday to Friday, all-year round from our slipway. We also have a 24 hour emergency call out service. Boats can be lifted and held in the hoist for an hour or overnight for small jobs, or stored ashore for a longer period. Vessels can be lifted to/from road transport as required.
Our mobile crane can also be used for other jobs including mast-stepping and engine lifts as required.
Storage Ashore
There is space ashore for 120 boats, serviced with power and water. Vessels are safely positioned in cradles or on chocks; both are available to hire from the marina. All boats are pressured washed before being stored ashore, with our yard is designed to ensure your boat is easily accessible at all times. We also provide trailer storage.

Annual berth holders can take advantage of free storage ashore, all-year round.
Winter Packages
Are you looking for somewhere to store your boat for the winter? Our boatyard is a very popular location for winter boat storage in Ayrshire. We advise booking your winter lift-out as early as possible. And when booking, please provide details of your specific requirements and let us know if you require a cradle. In addition to winter storage ashore, Troon Yacht Haven also offer packages for winter berthing afloat.
Boat Cleaning
We offer various types of boat cleaning including our great value Lift & Scrubs.
During the warmer summer months, algae grows faster on boat hulls reducing boat performance and fuel efficiency. It is recommended that you come out of the water for a Lift & Scrub at least once during the summer to maintain your hull efficiency and prolong the life of your boat. If you are a keen racer, you may wish to book a Lift & Scrub at more regular intervals.
If you are coming ashore for an extended period, your boat wash is included in your price.
Dry Berthing
For RIBs and motor boats up to 8m, our modern slipway provides easy launch and recovery. Access is available at all states of tide with daily passes available.
Chandlery
Located in the Marina Office and open 7 days a week, the Troon Chandlery offers an extended stocklist of various boating essentials.

Container Storage
Our containers are suitable for personal or professional storage. Based in our secure yard, the wind and waterproof containers are available on short or long terms lets.

We operate an open site policy
If you have a preferred contractor or you need a specialist, you're able to use your own choice of third party contractors. There’s no daily access fee to pay, but please ask them to share a copy of their insurance documents with the Marina office before getting started.
Every boatyard service we provide is unique to the customer, boat and length of stay.
