Scotts in Troon is the flagship location for Scotland's largest hospitality group, Buzzworks Holdings, and has been a popular restaurant and bar for over 12 years. With panoramic views over the harbour and North Bay, Scotts offers a wide range of food and drink with a strong following both locally, and from visiting sailors and tourists.
The restaurant will get a large renovation with new decor and aesthetics throughout as well as a modernised kitchen space.
The news comes just weeks after Buzzworks Holdings was named in the top 40 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list. The company, which employs 444 staff across nine venues including restuarants at Troon Yacht Haven and Largs Yacht Haven, rose 24 places from the 2016 list.

Scotts will be closed from early March while the renovation takes place before reopening on Friday 17th March 2017
