More than four tonnes of fireworks was set off over Plymouth Sound, lighting up the skies as the country’s top pyrotechnics companies battle it out for the coveted national title.
Plymouth Hoe offers the perfect viewing platform for this truly incredible sight and thousands of Plymouth residents and holiday makers are expected to turn out for the event.
Entertainment will start from around 6pm with live music, fairground rides and refreshment stalls. The first fireworks display will start at around 9.30pm each evening as dusk falls.
Believed to be Britain’s most spectacular fireworks display, the British Firework Championships offer a visual treat not to be missed!
