Annual and Seasonal Berthing 2026/27

All standard berths are fully serviced with access to water and electricity. Electricity is metered and charged per unit. Berthing fees from 1 April 2026 to 31st March 2027, including harbour dues and VAT at 20%. Minimum chargeable length 7m. Annual contracts can commence the first day of any month. Supplements for multihulls may apply.

Metered electricity supply via your own metered cable and charged per unit consumed.

Heavy vessel surcharge (over 60tons) £1500 per annum + VAT at 20%.

Dry Stack Berthing 2026/27

Dry Stack Berthing is provided at our sister-site in Plymouth, Yacht Haven Quay. Rates include unlimited launch and recovery, and a freshwater jet wash after every use reducing the saltwater deterioration. Rates below are from 1st April 2026, inclusive of VAT at 20%. Minimum chargeable length for berthing is 6m.

Visitor Berthing

Visitor berths are fully serviced with water, WiFi and electricity (electric is included in the summer daily rates, additional charges apply for winter). Rates are per metre length overall (LOA), unless otherwise stated, including VAT at 20%.

Whilst you are berthed at Plymouth Yacht Haven, you'll benefit from free WiFi, free electricity and water, plus free car parking on-site. Offer available when booked in advance or on arrival.

Boatyard Rates (from 1st April 2026)

All rates are per metre length overall (LOA) unless otherwise stated. All prices include VAT at 20%. Boat lifting and storage ashore available for boats up to 75 tonnes. There is no minimum boat length charge for our boatyard services. Roller mainsails and all headsails must be removed prior to lifting ashore.

Please note: A 50% surcharge will be applied to lifting charges (one way only) for vessels with any form of silicone/Teflon antifoul.

All work carried out under current British Marine/TYHA regulations. All lifting, boat movement, boat and vehicle storage entirely at owner's risk.
