Strong turnout and ideal conditions
Lymington Yacht Haven was delighted to support this year’s Solent Circuit, hosted by Lymington Town Sailing Club. The Series saw a welcome rise in entries—with crews even travelling from Hamble to take advantage of our berthing offer—bringing numbers back to pre-pandemic levels for the first time.
Four weekends of ideal weather set the stage for superb racing, expertly delivered by PRO Nick Hopwood and the dedicated race and shore teams.
Tight Competition
Across the classes, competition was tight. Gin & Tonic claimed IRC1, Mojitabel took IRC2, Traffic Jam led the sportboats, Susimi III topped YTC, and Gybe n’ secured a fourth consecutive Folkboat win.
The overall regatta prize went to Gybe n’, edging out strong challenges from Gin & Tonic and Susimi III.
We were proud to welcome so many visiting sailors this year and look forward to supporting an even bigger fleet in 2026.
