Lymington RNLI volunteer Rob Merrix has reached a major milestone by achieving helm status at the station. After several years of intensive training and operational experience, Rob is now qualified to lead lifeboat crews during rescue missions, reflecting his commitment to teamwork, community service and saving lives at sea.
