Each year, we dredge a section of Lymington Yacht Haven to ensure we maintain a depth of 2.5m below CD. During the winter of 2022/23, we dredged K and L pontoons.
Our expert dredging team manoeuvre our equipment in an out of the Yacht Haven with great skill and care.
The dredging barge is a little over 90ft in length and can weigh over 200tonnes when fully loaded. Fortunately, skipper Ben has done this manoeuvre over 1000 times in his 7-years in the Barge Wheelhouse.
