The New Forest Business Partnership has awarded their 'Outstanding Customer Care' award to Lymington Yacht Haven at the annual Brilliance in Business Awards.

The annual awards, hosted at Careys Manor Hotel in Brockenhurst, recognised a variety of local businesses for their contribution to the community and excellence in standard.

Collecting the award, Marina Director Rupert Wagstaff commented how important the Haven Team are to the success of the business - "I'm delighted to receive this award on behalf of all the team at Lymington Yacht Haven, their endless enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding customer experience means we have a team that is great to be a part of. It is this dedication and commitment to providing personal extra touches and putting the customer's needs at the forefront of everything we do that ensures every boat owner has a great experience when they visit the Yacht Haven.."

The award comes 18 months after Lymington Yacht Haven won the most prestigious marina accolade available, the UK Marina Of The Year 2016 (awarded by the Yacht Harbour Association).

Matthew Lawson, Chairman of the New Forest Business Partnership, commented on the importance of high quality business standards in growing the New Forest economy - “Each of us has a role to play in the economic growth of the New Forest – to make our New Forest the best place to work, to live and to visit. We must fight tirelessly against complacency – we must have the courage to think big and then, together, in partnership, we can achieve!”
