The Rolex Fastnet Race 2015 is nearly here and Plymouth Yacht Haven is proud to be the host marina for finishing boats, Race Village and the Prize Giving.

Fastnet Radio will be broadcasting on the Cowes Radio frequency 87.7FM on start day, Sunday 16th and simulcast with Fastnet Radio station operation in Plymouth on 87.7FM.
Fastnet TV will match the radio commentary from Fastnet Radio and will cover the entire start sequences live.
It will be shown around Cowes on small and big screens and streamed online from the official websites.
The Competitors Blog will allow crews and skippers to document their experiences during the race. Along with comments of their progress, competitors will also be able to submit their photos with the majority of the race benefiting from 3G network.
Race Village Entertainment at Plymouth Yacht Haven
The Rolex Fastnet Race Village is the home of the RORC Finish Office and Media Centre, located next to the Plymouth Yacht Haven. Within the village are several concessions including Official Clothing Supplier MUSTO, joined by Roger Young Land Rover and Jaguar and, from the provider of the race champagne, the Lanson Champagne Bar. Competitors and visitors alike can relax on the decked seating area to view video footage drawn from competing yachts during the race displayed on the central large screen.

Visit the marina and see the boats
Pontoon P will be open to the public on Thursday 20th and Friday 21st from midday-4pm. This unique opportunity will allow members of the public to see a range of monohull and mutlihull boats who have completed the prestigious Rolex Fastnet Race. Booking is not required but, for public safety, access will be security controlled on the marina gates.
