James Cotton has been promoted to director of Neyland Yacht Haven, having worked his way up the ranks since he joined the company in 2006. The promotion is a result of his consistently strong performance in the role of Marina Manager, which he held for four years following three years as Havenmaster.
James said: "One of the first assignments in my new role will be to further improve aspects of the site including landscaping the patio courtyard and extending the Upper Basin car park".
In his new role, James will continue to manage the haven team and be responsible for ensuring the future success of the marina whilst maintaining the highest levels of service for berth holders and visiting yachtsmen at Neyland.
Neyland marina opened in 1985 with Yacht Havens Group taking over from 1992. The marina has continued to grow since its inception and now boasts 420 fully serviced berths, offering all the modern conveniences you would expect.
Yacht Havens has recently cemented the future of the marina by securing the freehold on the site.
