Marina Night Security at Lymington Yacht Haven
A rare opportunity has arisen within this prestigious 600 berth marina for a Night Haven Master.
The position has some element of flexibility, but will require working seven nights in a row from 7pm until 7am, rotating on a week on / week off basis.
This critical role focuses mainly on the security of the marina, greeting and assisting visiting and resident yachts, their owners and crew, fuel sales, reception duties and handling payments. Excellent customer care skills are essential. This is an active role within an excellent team in an award winning marina.

A highly customer-oriented role, the Night Haven Master is expected to deal with the basic running of the marina between 7pm and 7am by ensuring all processes are carried out smoothly, securely and efficiently to enable the customer to have full enjoyment of all the marina facilities, whilst maintaining clear administrative procedures. Security patrols and the taking of musters are required each night. A calm disposition is required to deal with all manner of scenarios that can occur. Full training and development provided.
