The major redevelopment and extension of the main marina building at Lymington Yacht Haven is now complete and our new Berth Holder facilities are now open.
The refurbishment has set new standards in the marina industry for luxury shoreside facilities. Yacht Havens has invested over £1 million in all new washrooms, changing and laundry facilities spread across the ground floor of the newly extended marina building.
The facilities have been designed with huge glazed atrium lights, Corian worktops and tiled surfaces, glass cubicles, island sinks and beauty stations, hair dryers and straighteners, backlit mirrors and extra-large shower cubicles with under floor heating, heated towel rails and separate sinks in each shower room.
A lift to the first floor has greatly improved access to the marina office and leads into the fully refurbished and extended Haven Bar on the first floor.
Director Rupert Wagstaff said: “We are delighted with the results of the new and significantly improved facilities; after many years of planning it is great to see the project nearing completion. I am very pleased that our Berth Holders are able to make use of the new facilities now for the summer, and I would like to personally thank our Berth Holders for their patience while the refurbishment work has taken place.”
